Scattered large hail likely with isolated very large hail events to 2.5 inches in diameter possible Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible SUMMARY...Widely scattered supercells are expected to develop this afternoon and early evening. Large to very large hail (up to 1.5 to 2.5 inches in diameter) should be the main threat with these supercells as they move east-southeastward into western Oklahoma and western north Texas through the evening. Occasional severe/damaging winds may also occur. The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 60 statute miles east and west of a line from 35 miles west northwest of Alva OK to 55 miles west southwest of Wichita Falls TX.
