Footage of what sure looks like a Persona 1 remake has leaked
Persona tragics have been begging for remakes of the first two games in the series for ages (at least, the ones who aren't begging for remakes of the PS2-era Shin Megami Tensei games instead).
AI Summary
Series producer Kazuhisa Wada said in August that a remake of the first two Persona games “is something we should definitely do.” Almost two minutes of footage that appears to be a Persona 1 remake has been posted on the GamingLeaksAndRumours subreddit. The leaked video includes dungeon exploration, flashy combat and a dialogue scene rendered in the modern Persona visual style.
