Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 956 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated persistent heavy downpours training repeatedly for locations near the St. Marys River. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen since midnight last night. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible over the area this morning. This additional rainfall will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
