Kevin Costner supplied the narration for the opening sequence of Netflix’s “Field of Dreams” baseball game broadcast on Thursday night. The game is the third installment of the Hollywood‑MLB mash‑up series, staged on a field adjacent to the Iowa farmhouse used in the 1989 film. The production emphasized the “spirit” theme, noting Costner’s presence in voice rather than in person.
