AI Summary
Sheriff Country’s expansion into the Fire Country universe has shifted the franchise’s focus. While Mickey Fox, played by Morena Baccarin, has long been the key link between the two Edgewater‑centric shows, the newest assessment declares a different character now holds that title. Sheriff Country season 2 and Fire Country season 5 air consecutively on CBS each Friday, but the shows rarely cross over entirely. Instead, characters move between the series, with Mickey appearing most often in Fire Country storylines. The shift reflects the evolving narrative priorities within the shared universe.
